We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform and course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
5.3 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
6.1 Fees and Payment
Access to certain features and courses requires payment of fees. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Access to purchased courses is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase or for as long as your subscription remains active. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses with reasonable notice.
8.2 Platform Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Instructor Relationships
Instructors on our platform are independent contractors or partners. While we carefully select our instructors, we do not control the conduct of instructors outside the scope of scheduled sessions. Any disputes between users and instructors should be reported to us immediately.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
